Open Typing Hero
Go to Settings
Tap on Support

Alternatively, you can write to [email protected] directly by:

Use the Google account you use to purchase Subscription or Lifetime License
Or provide the Order Number of your purchase

Request for support are usually responded within 24 hours. Most requests are responded within a few hours.

Your request will not be prioritized if you do not provide the Order Number , or if you do not send the email using the Google account you use to purchase access to Premium features.
