Customer support

You can write to support@typinghero.app to request for support from the developer directly.

You must provide the Order Number of your purchase when contacting support@typinghero.app.

The Order Number can be found in the receipt email sent by Google Play .

Alternatively, you can use the Google account you use to purchase access to Premium features when contacting support@typinghero.app.

Request for support are usually responded within 24 hours. Most requests are responded within a few hours.

Your request will not be prioritized if you do not provide the Order Number , or if you do not send the email using the Google account you use to purchase access to Premium features.
